Student Membership

Any student currently enrolled in a CSNM accredited program can apply for a student membership with the OSNM. One is not required to hold a CSNM membership.

What is required to apply?
In order to become a student member you must submit to our office an application form, and the current membership fee of $45.

What happens to my membership when I graduate?
Once you have completed your studies you can apply for active membership immediately and the administrative fee will be waived. You will then be invoiced on an annual basis as an active member.

  • Published Qindex study highlights quality in LTC homes

    The Association is pleased to announce that last year’s Qindex research conducted in partnership with the University of Toronto has now been published in Longwoods’ Healthcare Quarterly.

    The Qindex is a composite metric of the nine publicly reported CIHI quality indicators (falls, antipsychotic use, pain, worsened pain, restraint use, worsened physical functioning, improved physical functioning, depression, and pressure ulcers).
