Who we are

We are technically skilled Food and Nutrition Managers. We are in charge of all aspects of the daily operations of our departments. Our responsibilities include:

co-ordinating and supervising the operations of the Food Service/Nutrition Department to provide optimal nutrition services assisting Administration in maintaining efficient and cost-effective operations ensuring high standards of food safety and nutritional care in all aspects of food production and food services

Our Qualifications

OSNM members have completed a college program in Food and Nutrition Management that is accredited by the Canadian Society of Nutrition Management (CSNM), and have an active membership with CSNM
or
Have completed a CSNM accredited course in Food and Nutrition Management with supervisory experience, and have successfully completed the criteria for membership into CSNM.
